Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns unless there is a manufacturer defect.
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at info@omcseal.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to a defect, you must provide:
- Proof of purchase (order number).
- Clear photos or videos of the defect.
If approved, a replacement product will be sent, or a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders typically ship within 2 to 5 days within the lower 48 states.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. OMC Seals, LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

If a chargeback or dispute is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to challenge the claim with supporting order documentation.
